Please be as detailed as possible when submitting your order to help us create the perfect lei for your occasion. Include preferences like color, event type, and any special requests. The lei maker will select the freshest flowers available, but if you prefer carnations, roses, or orchids, please let us know. (Note: Orchids are only available in ti leaf leis and during graduation seasons — May and December).

Seasonal flowers like tuberose, pikake, plumeria, gardenia, and hinahina may be included upon request, depending on availability.

Important:​
No payment is collected at the time of order submission. Once your order is reviewed and confirmed, you’ll receive a payment request for a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin crafting your custom lei.

Timing:

• Please allow at least one week’s notice for all orders.

• During graduation seasons (May & December), two weeks' notice is required.

• Orders placed with less than the required notice may be subject to a 20% rush fee.
