Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable due to the custom and perishable nature of our products. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to reserve your date and begin preparations.

Order Deadlines and Rush Fees

All orders must be placed at least one week in advance.

During graduation seasons (May & December), we require a minimum of two weeks' notice due to high demand.

Orders placed with less notice are subject to a 20% rush fee, and acceptance is based on availability.

Product Pickup

Once your lei or floral products are picked up, you accept full responsibility for their care and condition. Please inspect your order immediately at the time of pickup. Any concerns or issues must be communicated before you leave the premises. Unfortunately, no refunds, replacements, or adjustments can be made after that point.

Floral Substitutions

While we strive to deliver exactly what was discussed, please note that fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. We reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions when needed due to conditions beyond our control. Any adjustments will always honor the overall look, feel, and intent of your original design.
